Legal basis for data processing
We process your personal data as it is necessary for the performance of a task (scientific research) carried out in the public interest (Article 6 section 1 (e) of the General Data Protection Regulation and Data Protection Act (1050/2018) 4.2 §).
Collected and processed personal data and the purpose for processing
We collect and process your personal data in order to send you a participation link to the online side event Green Public Procurement (GPP) of RACHP products – Nordic criteria organised on Saturday 23.10.2021 during the Combined twelfth meeting of the Conference of the Parties (part II) and Thirty-Third Meeting of the Parties to the Montreal Protocol.
We will collect the following personal data: name, e-mail address, organisation and country.
Collected personal data will not be used for automatic decision making nor profiling.

Personal data is collected from the participants registered for the event through the registration form.

Personal data will not be disclosed.

As the data controller, SYKE has taken technical and organisational measures necessary and also requires these measures of any service providers used by it.
Storing of personal data
Personal data will be stored in the database of SYKE and deleted after the event has been organised.
All unnecessary data will be deleted without delay using effective and safe methods.

In this notice, we aim to provide an extensive explanation about processing of personal data in connection with the side event on Green Public Procurement (GPP) of RACHP products – Nordic criteria.
