Syke publishes in open access forums. Costs of open access publishing are included in project budgets. Open access is secured through publishing pre-prints in Helsinki university Helda .
In addition to high quality scientific articles, Syke also publishes widely: we publish wide array of reports in our own publication series, professional articles in relevant magazines and mass media, and Policy Briefs and blogs aimed for the decision makers.
Syke communicates about research and publications actively through a range of channels at different stages, also after publishing. In social media we use the hashtag #sykepublication.
